Frequently Asked Questions
How does payment work?
For all bookings upon booking I require payment in full to secure your session time and date. I will refund this if we are unable to do the shoot due to weather etc or we can reschedule if we can find another time that works. I don't offer afterpay sorry.
Who chooses the final images?
You will receive a secure online password protected gallery. From this I ask you to pick your favourite images for final edits & included prints. If you simply cannot pick the allocated amount of digital images in your package you have the option to upgrade to all digital images.
What kind of gear do you use?
I'm a Nikon girl! I've been shooting with Nikon for 15 years now and I'm kinda in a deep loving relationship with my Nikons! I have two Nikon mirrorless camera bodies with me at all times (& 2 more Nikon camera bodies at home) and several lenses (My hubby loves how much I spend on camera gear). Both cameras shoot with 2 memory cards so I've always got a backup.
What is your turn around time?
I try to get my images back to clients within two weeks. I guarantee you will have your online gallery within 4 weeks.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You will receive the digital files included in your package and have the option to print them anywhere you like, there is no hard sell!
Can I buy professional quality prints through you?
For an additional cost you have the option to print any of your images through my online store. Professional prints vary considerably from quick photography labs such as Kmart. I recommend any prints you plan to put on your walls you print through my online store. Professional photography printing has better paper, inks, colours, professional printers etc. You have invested in a photographer it seems a shame to get your beautiful images printed by a spotty 15 year old at Kmart (maybe they don't all have spots?). I'm no salesperson and the option is totally yours this is why I'm so upfront with my prices.
Do you do other types of photography?
Yes. I do all types of photography including large events, personal branding, real estate, airbnb, boutique accommodation, school portraits, travel, product & food photography. Please get in touch for a quote.
