We SMASHED our Target - THANK YOU!!!!


A massive THANK YOU to everyone who supported our Snap n Dash Beach Santa charity fundraiser! Together we raised an incredible $2,223.98 — absolutely smashing our goal of $1,600 🐄💛! We were overwhelmed by your generosity, with so many of you donating well above the $20 we asked for. As a little return gift, I photographed more than the two shots I promised! If you feel like you received more than your donation amount (for context, our sell out Real Santa on the Beach Santa shoots are normally $110 for 3 images, and upgrading to all images is an additional $30), we kindly ask that if you’re happy with the extra images, you consider making a further donation.

We can’t keep up with the demand for The Real Santa on the Beach, so we’re using that momentum to give back and help make the world a little better. Hence, Port Macquarie's Beach Santa Snap n Dash charity event. One minute crazy fun photo sessions with the true blue dinky die Santa —all money raised goes to a wonderful Aussie charity, Cows for Cambodia! Smile for a NICE shot then, grab props, snap a NAUGHTY shot & dash out — NEXT! Our Real Santa on the Beach photoshoots are sold out for 2025 so this your last chance, it's only $20 bucks, for 1 Naughty & 1 Nice photo. Raising Funds for an aussie charity - Cows for Cambodia

Event Details:

📍 Town Beach, Port Macquarie

📅 Saturday 6th December 2025 • 9am–11am (Wet weather alternate plan: Sun 7/12/25 same time)

⏱️ 1-minute sessions — fast, fun, fabulous & festive as ...

🎟️ Cost - minimum $20 donation, no bookings just come on down, show Elf Ella you have made a donation, get your sticker and join the line!

  • One naughty & one nice photo per donation uploaded to a PUBLIC gallery the day after the shoot
  • Download high resolution images for free, so you can print them anywhere or purchase professional-grade prints via the gallery link
  • Gallery link to ALLLLLLLL photos (its a public gallery) available on this webpage and on Kristen Shaw Photography's Facebook & Instagram pages @kristenshawphotography the day after the shoot.

ALL photos will be uploaded to a PUBLIC gallery if you don't want your photos online this isn't for you!

We suggest holding off on making the online donation to Sat morning to make sure weather is ok and we are going ahead, unless you are happy to donate regardless :-) This is a donation direct to the charity it cannot be refunded by Kristen Shaw Photography. If Sat is rained out we will shoot Sun if that's an option otherwise this event won't go ahead and no refunds will be processed.

How It Works

No bookings — just come down to Town Beach on Saturday 6th of December 2025 between 9-11am - park in the main carpark then you will find us on the grass area.


Check in with Elf Ella at the desk:

  • Drop a minimum $20 cash donation in the bucket (no receipt for cash donations), or
  • Show her your receipt for a minimum $20 online donation via Cows for Cambodia website


Then Elf Ella (AKA my amazing Mum) will give you a sticker and your family/ friends/ business/ group/ or just your hot self can join the line.


NOTE: We suggest holding off making the donation to the day as this is a donation direct to the charity - no refunds will be processed. This event is weather dependent.

What to Expect

  • 1-minute session with The Real Santa — pose for 1 Nice shot, madly grab props, then we snap 1 Naughty photo, run!
  • Photos will be uploaded to a PUBLIC gallery the day after the shoot
  • Download photos for free, or purchase professional-grade prints via the gallery link

  • Minimal edits only (just a filter) — EVERYTHING GOES ONLINE!
  • No posing directed by us, just candid fun shots
  • We may or may not have water pistols and cannot guarantee that we won't get carried away.
  • Loads of fun in the sun


Note: If you don’t want your photos online, this isn’t for you. But if your either a tight arse or laid back (or both like me) and think 'What is another family going to do with my Santa photo?'...come on down, its for a great cause and the only way you can still get a 2025 Real Santa on the Beach photo in Port Macquarie.

About us


Elf Ella (Mum) & photographer Kris (me) are off to Cambodia in April next year to volunteer on a Cows for Cambodia tour. We pay for the trip out of our own money but we are also asked to raise $500 each for the charity. Last year The Real Santa on the Beach donated 4 bags of rice to Cambodian families in need. This year we know we can do more! We want a beautiful family (most likely a single Mum living well below the poverty line struggling to feed and educate her children) to receive a cow for Christmas from The Real Santa on the Beach. This cow will literally change the life of this family. But that means PMQ we need to raise a whopping $1,600 AUD!

Cows for Cambodia is an amazing Aussie charity that helps break the cycle of poverty by giving a pregnant cow to a family in need — providing ongoing income, food security, and a real chance at a better future. We know there will always be a few keyboard warriors telling us we should support something else, and that’s ok — we’re happy to listen once you show us how you raised $1,600 this Christmas and changed a life. Thanks Josh for modelling the Cows for Cambodia merch for our promo shoot. Promo shoot was done on Lighthouse but our fundraising day will be on Town Beach so the backdrop will be Towns and we may shoot on the grass at Towns the other details remain the same, just a super simple fun backdrop.
